How to refer sellers to ASG and track your commission.
Use this guide after your affiliate account is approved. It explains what to share, who to refer, how tracking works, how to disclose your reward, and when commissions are reviewed.
Your simple workflow
Copy your referral link
Log in to your affiliate account and copy your personal link. It normally looks like https://asgdropshipping.com/?ref=YOUR_CODE.
Share it with qualified sellers
Send the link to ecommerce sellers who need sourcing, QC, fulfillment, packaging, logistics, or a China dropshipping agent.
ASG checks the customer
When the seller talks with ASG or starts working with us, ASG matches the customer to your affiliate account where attribution is valid.
Commissions are reviewed
Qualified customer payments are recorded, commissions are created as pending, and ASG reviews them before payout.
Important: Visits and conversations are not the same as payable commission. A commission becomes payable only after the referred customer is qualified, attributed, and has valid paid activity recorded by ASG.

How tracking and commission work
Your referral code is attached to your link through the ?ref= parameter. Ask the seller to use your link when they first visit ASG.
ASG currently uses a 90-day referral tracking window on the website. If attribution is unclear, ASG may review the customer manually.
The current automated partner commission is 3% on qualified ASG commission base for attributed customer payments. Records are created as pending and reviewed by ASG before payout.
Some campaigns may include a one-time qualified-lead reward. This is manually reviewed by ASG and should not be promised as automatic until ASG confirms it.
The current minimum payout threshold is $50. Payout method and timing are confirmed by ASG finance.
How to check your results
Visits
Shows people who clicked your referral link. This is traffic, not payable commission.
Referrals
Shows attributed referral activity after a seller is connected to your account.
Commissions
Shows pending, rejected, or paid commission records. Pending means ASG still needs to review it.
Account settings
Keep your email and payout contact information accurate so ASG can reach you before settlement.
When do you get paid?
ASG reviews referral commissions after the referred customer has qualified paid activity and the record is matched to your affiliate account. Commissions usually move through these stages:
- Pending: the commission has been recorded and is waiting for ASG review.
- Approved or payable: ASG confirms the customer, payment, attribution, and any refund or dispute checks.
- Paid: ASG finance has settled the commission through an agreed payout method.
ASG may reject fake leads, duplicated records, refunded orders, unqualified customers, spam traffic, or any referral that violates the program rules.
If a referral is missing
If a seller forgot to use your link but you made a real introduction, contact ASG as early as possible and provide:
- Your affiliate account email or referral code.
- The seller’s name, store URL, email, or WhatsApp.
- The date you introduced them to ASG.
- Any screenshot or message showing the introduction.
Manual attribution is not guaranteed, but clear evidence helps ASG review it fairly.
